Returns and Exchanges 

We hope you love what you ordered from MYWHITEBUTTERFLY If something isn’t quite right, issue you a refund.  You have 30 days from when you receive tracking information to return or exchange your items

A £5.00 return fee will be applied to all returns, per order. For exchanges, don’t worry, you won’t get charged a fee! All items must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging.  You will receive an e-mail once your return is received and the refund has processed, or when your exchange order has shipped.

Order Issues

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact  us with your order number, as well as a photo of the damages, or the wrong item you received. We will get you taken care of.
