All items are limited in quantity.

Delivery & Shipping 

Delivery takes 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped using the Post Office ;Recorded delivery and signed for )

All orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee these delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays (but we will try to process and ship on Saturday subject to the Post Office opening times)

 MYWHITEBUTTERFLY is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. 

*Orders sent back to us for having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay to have the package shipped again. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure the quality of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold, with an initial water temp not exceeding 30°C and no tumble dry.

All garments and fabrics are pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing.
